Arctic Pools & Spas has not yet published its terms of service. Anything covering payment, scheduling, cancellation, guarantees or liability has to come from the company and should be reviewed by its own advisor before it goes live.
Service arrangements are agreed directly with Arctic Pools & Spas. If you are a customer and need to know where you stand on something, call and ask — you will reach William, not a call center.
What Arctic Pools & Spas takes on
These are the limits the company already publishes across this site, so they are worth stating plainly here too.
Licensed (LCC2023002962) and insured in the state of Florida.
- In-ground concrete pools only — not vinyl liner or above-ground pools
- Residential properties only — no commercial properties
- Weekly service only — bi-weekly is not offered
- Collier and Lee County: Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lehigh Acres
